Description:

Our classic Blood Moon this year has an intense grapefruit acidity combined with caramel sweetness and red wine character type of aftertaste.
Cherries were fermented under anaerobic conditions for three days. We used patio drying process in patios with 30 centimeters height layers exposed to full sun light. Turning cherries frequently. Processing time 24 days.
