Description:

Probably the best tropical coffee fruit elixir you have ever tasted. Guava aroma, pineapple, and berries flavors with a smooth white wine aftertaste.
Cherries were fermented under anaerobic conditions for eight days. We used African beds as preferred drying process for 15 days, with full exposition to the sun. Processing time 23 days.
