Description:

The result of this coffee process and combination of variables is one of the reasons of its name. Honey sweetness combined with almonds in the fragrance and peach flavor notes, exceptionally clean and bright coffee.
Cherries were pulped. Then, wet parchment processed with anaerobic fermentation for 48 hours and Saccharomyces cerevisiae inoculation. Drying time in patios for eight days.
