Description:

Our double soak African Geisha honors its name with the intense jasmine scent and vanilla flavors combined with an orange acidity and a lingering aftertaste.
This coffee profile is the result of 18 hours fermentation process. Then, pulped and fermented in tanks for 48 hours and targeting pH 4.00. The wet parchment is soaked for 12 hours again and then dried in patios for eight days.
