Description:

This coffee’s characteristics highlight its brightness and magnitude, just like the light of stars. Pronounced jasmine fragrance, elegant wine aroma with a bright tangerine acidity combined with a raspberry pleasant finish.
Cherries inoculated with lactic-acid bacteria were fermented under anaerobic conditions for 10 days. Then dried in African beds for 12 days, with full exposition to sunlight. Processing time 22 days.
