Description:

With the energy of the sun rising in the morning, this Geisha natural with yeast fermentation brings a strong floral aroma and fragrance scent, transforming into a jasmine flavor. A surprising lingering honey sweetness in the finish.
Cherries were fermented under anaerobic conditions for three days. Dried in African beds, avoiding temperatures over 40C. Processing time 36 days.
