Description:

As a result of the fruit maceration process with this Geisha variety, you can perceive pronounced ripen plums and pineapple hints, with a pleasant orange acidity.
Cherries were macerated and fermented for 24 hours. Next step, they were dried in African beds under full sun exposition for five days and 15 days under shade conditions. Processing time 21 days.
