Honeyed with wild lactic acid bacteria and wild yeast. Bursting red cherries were inoculated with wild yeast and fermented for 48 hours. After that, cherries were dried in African beds.

Sweet orange taste highlighted an overly complex acidity, with jasmine hints in the aftertaste, consistent and berry like finish.
