Description:

Who can resist the smell of caramelized sugar? Now imagine you taste delicious ripen grapes and then drink a sip of a fresh squeezed orange juice that overwhelms your taste buds. These are the characteristics that Thunder Pacamara will make you feel.
How we prepared this coffee? Cherries were placed in 25 pounds wooden baskets with aerobic fermentation for 48 hours, between 15°-20° Centigrade, creating optimal conditions for bacteria occurrence. Then, fermented cherries were dried for 18 days in African beds with full sun exposure. Processing time 20 days.
