Description:

Carmel sweetness, with lime acidity and tangerine juicy sensation delights the palate of fans of the red Catuai.
Cherries were fermented under anaerobic conditions for four days. Our preferred drying process is in African beds, avoiding temperatures over 40°C. Processing time 30 days.
