The traditional Natural method at the farm. Ripen cherries semidried in African beds. Then, drying process was interrupted for 5 days when water activity indicated Aw=0.85. Sun drying process continued to get the final product.

Intense as its name, this coffee brings a lot of butterscotch sweetness, berry like strawberry taste, syrupy mouthfeel, and a long red fruit finish.
