anaerobic-fermentation for 18 hours before depulping and
dry-fermentation for 42 hours. Then, cherries were submerged for 12
hours and dried in patios for 10 days.

Cupping Notes:
Two of its distinctive attributes are clean and juicy. Honey
and caramel sweetness combine with jasmine and floral notes. Its
