Lot SF-1: Solar Noon - Gesha 2722 - Anaerobic fermentation inoculated with Saccharomyces cerevisiae - Natural.

Our all-times favorite Solar Noon-Gesha’s fresh cherries were inoculated for the first time with Saccharomyces cerevisiae and fermented for 48 hours. Then, cherries were dried under anaerobic conditions that allowed more concentrated flavors.
As a result, its characteristic jasmine aroma intensified. Strawberry hints and a very well-balanced cup of coffee, honey sweetness combine with the citric orange acidity to create a juicy sensation; and, a lingering and refined red fruit finish.
